Although born and raised in Palm Springs, California, Nancy Coffey fell in love with New York City while working as a summer intern at IBM. She has been in real estate for 25 years since graduating from Stanford with a BA and a Master's Degree in Engineering.

Nancy owns and lives on the Upper East Side and specializes in quality condominiums, co-ops, and townhouses throughout the city. She also is experienced in the commercial real estate market.

She is on the Board of the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Society and volunteers with various other philanthropic organizations. Profiled in Who's Who in America, she is an avid reader as well as tennis player, golfer, runner and inveterate international traveler. She has explored much of the world: Nepal, India, Uzbekistan, Iran, Burma, Western China, Japan and Palau to name a few.

During her real estate career Nancy has been involved with every aspect of real estate marketing, negotiation, and sales; land sales, build-to-suits, industrial and office leasing, building conversions, corporate relocation, 1031 Exchanges, residential development and sales.
