EXPERIENCE: A graduate of Stanford University, Nancy Coffey has been in the real estate business for over 30 years, and is backed by the global resources of Halstead Property. Nancy specializes in quality condominiums, co-ops and townhouses throughout the city.

Although born and raised in Palm Springs, California, Nancy Coffey fell in love with New York City while working as a summer intern at IBM. She has been in real estate for over 30 years since graduating from Stanford with a BA and a Master’s Degree in Engineering.

She is on The Board of the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Society, The MSKCC Psychiatry and Behavioral Science Research Advisory Board, and volunteers with various other philanthropic organizations. Profiled in Who’s Who in America, she is an avid reader as well as tennis player, golfer, runner and inveterate international traveler. She has explored much of the world: Nepal, India, Uzbekistan, Iran, Burma, Western China, Japan and Palau to name a few.

During her real estate career Nancy has been involved with every aspect of real estate marketing, negotiation, and sales; corporate relocation, residential and commercial leasing, development and 1031 Exchanges.
